Two new attorneys at Gibson law firm, St. MaartenPOSTED: 09/1/15 12:47 PM
St. Maarten – On Friday morning, Adarsh Sewgobind and Caroline van Hees, were sworn in as attorneys-at-law by the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten and Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius in St. Maarten.
Both attorneys have been working for the law firm Gibson & Associates in Philipsburg since June 1. Before starting his career as an attorney, Adarsh Sewgobind worked as a plainclothesman with the Dutch Police Force in Tilburg. He specializes in criminal law. He studied in Tilburg and Maastricht where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law.
After graduating with a Masters in European Law, Caroline van Hees was sworn in as an attorney with the Dutch Bar Association and started working as an attorney at a niche firm in The Netherlands. There she specialized in corporate law and labor law.
