Teenager killed in Colombia

St. Maarten – Anthony Molanus-Galvez, the 14-year-old son of Dirk Molanus, was fatally shot during a robbery on Tuesday evening in Tualá, Colombia. Reportedly, the youngster was shot in his head and chest before he was robbed of a quad he was driving.

The victim’s father is the brother of former Public Health Minister Maria Buncamper-Molanus. The boy lived and studied in St. Maarten at Learning Unlimited. On his Facebook page the boy claims that Tulua in Colombia is his place of residence, a city of 200,000 inhabitants in the Cauca Valley in Colombia.
