St. Maarten – From his back to back wins in Curacao and on St Maarten, it seems like there is never a dull moment in the competitive nature of Omarco Robinson who added to his already impressive accolade when he completed the NACAC 10 k event in St Kitts over the weekend on a winning note.

Robinson, a Jamaican by birth is a member of the Dynamics Track Club who was on loan to the Watt De Neuff Relay team that finished third overall in the just concluded Around The Island Relay prior to his trip to St Kitts.

The North American, Central American & Caribbean Athletic Association ( NACAC) 10k event is a series of events that is held annually throughout six Caribbean islands and it was the first time for Robinson on the 5th leg of the series. The first leg began in the Dominican Republic followed by Tortolla, Antigua & Barbuda, Martinique and more recently St Kitts.

For his impressive performances, Robinson earned himself a ticket which will enable him to travel to Trinidad & Tobago for the 6th and final leg of the series which will take place on December 2nd.

That victory in St Kitts has marked it’s 4th straight win for Robinson and when he competes in the twin island republic, he will be seeking to make it five, end the year on a high note and make his proud sponsors, Fatum, his club and St Maarten proud of his achievements.

However, Robinson who finished the race with a time of 37.15.83 will have to look out for Jose Rubiera from the Dominican Republic who has already won three stages in 37.45, 32.06 and 33.33 respectively, but he was not among the top finishers in the last race.
