St. Maarten– RBC Royal Bank launched its new ‘It’s all about YOU’ campaign throughout the Caribbean this week. With the new brand campaign, RBC reiterates its commitment to focus on its clients’ needs and to go the extra mile to help its clients achieve their goals using RBC’s products and services. Clients will have the opportunity to share their stories about how RBC helped them to achieve their goals for a chance to win an all-inclusive weekend getaway.

The past two years RBC Royal Bank has transformed its operation to strengthen the business for the future while seizing opportunities to bring the best and most innovative products and services to the market in order to meet its clients’ needs. “The internal focus allowed us to build a strong and solid foundation in St. Maarten, throughout the Dutch Caribbean and Suriname. Every one of us at RBC is fully engaged and dedicated to our new brand promise. That is why we encourage all our clients to share their stories on our website of how we have helped them to achieve their goals as it will allow us to connect, innovate and grow in serving our clients,” says Hanna Lieuw-Hie, RBC Royal Bank Country Manager St. Maarten & Saba.

In addition to a fresh, bold and exciting campaign, RBC expresses its new brand promise ‘It’s all about YOU’ through its support of and involvement in several projects and initiatives. “The ‘YOU’ in the campaign refers to our clients and employees, their families and our community as a whole. We value our employees who work tirelessly to meet our clients’ expectations, but also their families who support them every single day. Clients can now share their personal stories of how the bank has helped them achieve their goals on the RBC website. Participants have a chance to win an all-inclusive weekend getaway. Winners will be announced later this year.

RBC connects
Leading up to the campaign, RBC organized a series of events focused on the clients’ needs and related to topics of interest for the clients. RBC responded to answer the need of the client when it comes to understanding financial statements and partnered with KPMG to prepare an open forum session for RBC Business Banking clients as a way to provide advice and guidance regarding the importance of financial statements, how the quality of their company’s financial statements can help their business grow or make their current position in the market even better.

Through this session the clients received “quality business guidance” that will support them when making decisions based on the resources and advice that are relevant to them. In addition, the information session provided clients a unique opportunity to expand their network and receive financial and tax advice. “RBC looks back at a successful, intimate and informative session with fruitful interaction. By connecting with her clients and partners RBC gained an even better understanding about how to add value to clients by offering them what they need.”
