St. Maarten – After a Taste of St. Maarten, an initiative of Topper’s Restaurant in Simpson Bay, the island experienced yesterday another culinary festival, this time on Oyster Pond where five restaurants partook in the first annual Oyster Pond Fall festival on the parking lot of the Oyster Bay Beach resort.

Yesterday visitors took the opportunity to sample food at just $5 a pop, but throughout the month of October the participating restaurants offer three-course Fall Festival menus for just $25 per person, plus service charge.

The participating restaurants are The Infinity Restaurant and Beau Beau’s Beachside Grill (both at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort), Mr. Busby’s Beach Bar and Daniel’s by the Sea, Big Fish and Canoa.

Photographer Leo Brown sampled the samplers with his camera for us.
