St. Maarten – Motorworld and the St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) have once again joined forces to offer the winner of the Ms. Mature Carnival Queen Pageant and Senior Carnival Queen pageant, brand new cars as their grand prize.

Motorworld and SCDF had what was called a terrific response to its partnership from Carnival 2013 and are excited about the activities planned for Carnival 2014, the 45th anniversary of Carnival on St. Maarten.

The Senior Carnival Queen will win a 2014 Hyundai Accent and the Mature Queen a 2014 Hyundai i-20. Motorworld will also make vehicles available to SCDF to use for its various motorcades, the company will also be the co-sponsor of the Senior and Mature Pageant nights and will have a presence in the Grand Carnival Parade.

“Motorworld has been and continues to be a dependable corporate partner for St. Maarten’s Carnival. We have developed a great working relationship all in the benefit of Carnival. The contestants for our two biggest pageants, the Senior and Mature, work really hard for months in preparation for their shows. To win a car at the end of it all, it a nice reward,” President of SCDF Mike Granger said.

“Motorworld is proud to once again sponsor the St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation for the upcoming Carnival season. For Carnival 2014 Motorworld will be donating a brand new 2014 Hyundai i20 and brand new 2014 Hyundai Accent for the winner of the Mature Carnival Queen Pageant (aged 26 and up) and the winner of the Senior Carnival Queen Pageant (18 to 25). We wish all the contestants the very best of luck and hope the people of St. Maarten come out to support this great event in large numbers,” Rena Amjad CEO of Motorworld said.
