St. Maarten – The Philipsburg Jubilee Library will restart its baby and toddler activities tomorrow. The Baby and Toddler Rhyme Time is a fun and entertaining hour full of dance, song and play for children up to 4 years of age.

Children and their parents will sing along to popular children’s songs, including old-time Caribbean classics and have an enjoyable time. These sessions will take place every other week on Wednesdays at 10 a.m.

“The aim of this program is to enrich the childhood experience of babies and toddlers in St. Maarten and to enhance child development through music, drama and physical activity,” stated activity leader Zahira Marmar.

Every second Thursday of the month, at 6 p.m., Millicent De Weever will provide Story Time, a storytelling session for the little ones.
