Letter: Animals are more equal than St. Maarteners

Dear Editor,

My country St. Maarten has made all impossible things possible. On cock fight issue we see people from countries all over the world joining forces with so called prominent St. Maarteners (former Commissioner Michel Deher, Louis Engel, hospital director George Scot and University president Annelies van den Assem and Elaine Christopher) fighting and doing everything in their power to make sure we stop what they call protecting animal rights or cock rights. Did you ever see or hear these people stand up and fight to defend the grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage? All these people are imposters that can care less about our grass roots people of St. Maarten heritage.
What about the human rights of the grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage? The grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage has been used and continuously betrayed over and over by people like these imposters and not forgetting our dishonorable parliament who love to say they are St. Maarteners when one of their family members gets hurt, but enjoy nothing better than to trample on the grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage.
The question the grassroots people has to ask themselves is: How much longer will we let these people continue to trample all over our human rights to exist and be established in our country’s – St. Maarten – constitution. If these people loved and acknowledged the grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage more important than cocks, I have no doubt that our grassroots people would have been recognized in the constitution.
It is interesting most of these people that are against cock fights are of European origin but most of the grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage are of African origin. What concerns me is: do they see us even less than animals? And that is why we have to be very careful who we put into parliament. We have so called educated people (Euro indoctrinated) in parliament who still have an inferiority complex and believe that giving the grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage what they are entitled to is discrimination. I hope our new president of parliament the honorable Drs. Rudolph Samuel does not get indoctrinated by the dishonorable Justice Minister Roland Duncan and eat stupid bush to terminate his grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage. If the honorable President of Parliament wants to be a real man he can make his name as the man that save the grassroots people of St. Maarten heritage. The uncertainty is: can the honorable Drs. Rodolphe Samuel ignore his Euro indoctrination and love his people. Can we trust him and count on him? Time will soon tell.
My fellow patriots, rest assured that the St. Martin Nation Building Foundation, drs Leopold James and the Patriot Miguel Arrindell will continue and die doing the most privileged and honorable thing by protecting the people that is most important to us – the grassroots people of St. Maarten Heritage. We will never betray you and we will continue to defend you for better or worse, until death do us part. That is truly real to the deal.
The grassroots people are humans and special people that should be treated more equal than cocks. They deserve to be recognized in St. Maarten’s constitution as St. Maarteners.

Yours truly

Miguel Arrindell
The Patriot
