Landsrecherche interviews Heyliger and Herald publisher

St. Maarten – Theo Heyliger and Publisher of the Daily Herald, Paul de Windt were interviewed by the Landsrecherche in the alleged Bada Bing corruption case, a press release from the Prosecutors’ Office stated yesterday.

In the last few days several witnesses were interviewed in the so called Orca-investigation. Last Tuesday the United People’s (UP) Party Leader Theo Heyliger was interviewed by the National Detectives Office. Heyliger was asked about his knowledge on the footage recorded in Adult Entertainment Club, Bada Bing, where he told his version of how he knew about the footage.

Among Heyliger, a former civil servant of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, S. Frederick was interviewed as well on Tuesday.

On Thursday two members of the management of Bada Bing were interviewed and publisher of the Daily Herald, Paul de Windt was interviewed on the footage yesterday.

During the days to come more interviews of witnesses are planned.
