Heyliger awaiting quick scan from St. Maarten airport

St. Maarten – Deputy Prime Minister and Shareholder Representative for the Princess Juliana International Airport Theodore Heyliger is awaiting the outcomes of a quick scan that the Supervisory Board and management of the Princess Juliana International Airport Operating Company are conducting. The process is part of the full orientation of the new Managing Director Regina Labega, who started in the job on July 1.

The quick scan will include a review of the company’s financial position, the maintenance program and where it stands now. Once the scan is complete parties will review the Master Plan and goals for the facility for the coming years.

Heyliger is unwilling to impose his wishes on the airport management, but he’s hoping that they will be taken into consideration as part of wider efforts to “move the economy.”
