St. Maarten – The heirs of the late Joseph Patterson demand that illegally constructed buildings on a property on the family’s property in the vicinity of the Ginger Road and the Welgelegen Road in Cay Hill are immediately demolished.

In an ad that was published in local newspapers for several days, the heirs say that they are legally entitled to the land that was the property of Joseph Patterson. The property is undivided succession land described in 23 different letters of admeasurement.

The heirs demand the destruction of illegally and without building permits erected structures, and payment of rent and arrears by legal tenants. Payments have to be made before March 15, the heirs state in their advertisement.
