St. Maarten – “I cause people to drift on every subject through which I can control independent thought and action. Take the subject of health, for example. I cause most people to eat too much food and the wrong sort of food. This leads to indigestion and destroys the power of accurate thought. If the public schools and the churches taught children more about proper eating, they would do my cause irreparable damage.” These are words spoken directly by the devil in Outwitting the Devil written by one of the greatest thought leaders of our times, Napoleon Hill, annotated by Sharon Lechter, and shared on Fresh, live on YR 92.5 FM.
Fresh is the radio program of Youth to Xtreme (Y2X) the youth wing of Victorious Living Foundation and airs every Saturday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 p.m. on Youth Radio 92.5 FM. Over the past eight weeks, Y2X members, led by visionary of Victorious Living Foundation, Erna Mae Francis have been enlightening and empowering its listeners with tools to outwit the devil and live victorious lives.
Fresh caters especially to empowering young people to maximise their potential and utilises the success of other young people to motivate their peers. Consequently, on a previous interview, members of Victorious Living’s Youth Entrepreneurship Program also shared their inspiring and motivating stories about how they were able to start their own business, 360 Connections.
On this week’s Fresh, the general public will hear from young people making a difference on St.Maarten and in the region. They are Keoma Hamer, who successfully launched her cervical cancer awareness campaign through Kelaha Projects, Rosanna Castillo, a co-writer and singer for the theme song for this project, Together We Fight, Together We Win, and a sought after singer; Gisel James who co-wrote and sang on the track as well, and recently launched her own musical album entitled Freedom as well as Adrian Scott, co-writer, producer and founder of Zamar Musical Productions.
Tonight’s radio program starts at 6:00 pm on Youth Radio 92.5 FM or www.yr925fm.com
