Five associations in the run for an ‘Orange Bow’

St. Maarten –The National Committee Inauguration designed an ‘Orange Bow’ as the official recognition for festive activities throughout the Kingdom.
As part of the activities marking the inauguration of King Willem Alexander, five persons, associations and/or organizations locally will be rewarded with an orange bow to recognize their activities to mark this historical event.
Each country within the Kingdom will be recognizing five initiatives. Governor Drs. Eugene Holiday will bestow this special recognition to the respective persons, associations or organizations.

To qualify for ‘Orange Bow’ it must meet the following requirements: the activity must be original, positive and authentic, it must speak to a wide audience and the activity must fit within the theme “My dream for our country, inspiration for our King”.
Associations to qualify for the recognition of an ‘Orange Bow’, or persons who want to submit the name of an association that meets the criteria, kindly submit the activity to the following email: by this Friday, under the subject “Orange Bow” with the name of the organization, the name of activity, the description of activity, why the activity qualifies for an orange bow and contact information.

Qualifying associations will be informed by April 17.
Selected organizations may use the logo in their publications to display their support to the National Committee Inauguration in their festive activities. The logo however may not be used for commercial purposes.
