St. Maarten – St. Maarten Cable TV’s Madame Estate location will continue its Saturday office hours for another week to accommodate customers who are switching to digital service. On Saturday, May 5, 2012, the office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The second office location at the Mail Box at the Palapa Center, across from RBTT Bank will continue to accept customers on Saturdays throughout the digital box project. Customer service representatives are available at that office to process digital swaps, new accounts and other digital inquiries. The location at the Mailbox processes bank cards transactions (credit or debit cards) and checks payments. Hours of operation at this location will continue to be Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Beulah Jonis, Managing Director for St. Maarten Cable TV stated, “All customers who have not switched to digital should do so as soon as possible because we have begun the process of discontinuing the analog signal for all channels.”

Customers are also encouraged to visit St. Maarten Cable TV’s new website for additional information about the new location and other pertinent facts about the digital conversion at www.innovativevi.net/sxmcable.
