MARIGOT – If elections were held today, the list of Daniel Gibbs would come out on top, with Alain Richardson finishing a close second, an opinion poll conducted by Qualistat for the French-side newspaper St. Martin’s Week. Senator Louis Constant Fleming would only win 12 percent of the vote. The territorial elections are scheduled for March 18.

The poll reflects voter sentiment between February 15 and 20. Daniel Gibbs has the vote of 32 percent, followed by Alain Richardson with 28 percent. Marthe Ogoundélé and Louis Constant Fleming are a distant third with 12 percent, followed by Louis Mussington with 11 percent and Louis Jeffry with 6 percent.
