In the Netherlands the students will b received by representatives of the student support organization S4 and St. Maarten House.

“During the orientation week they will stay at a hotel at Schiphol,” Education Minister Patricia Lourens said yesterday. “They will deal with opening bank accounts, signing housing contracts, registering at their schools, and do shopping for household essentials. The students will also be assigned a mentor.”

On Friday at 5 p.m. the census office will be open for the students to deregister from St. Maarten.
