GREAT BAY -The St. Maarten Academy Parent Teachers Foundation plans to host its annual bingo this Saturday to raise funds to purchase prizes for the school’s graduation ceremony, to buy a generator and to install of a security surveillance system.
The bingo is scheduled to start at 7.30 p.m. and be completed by midnight. Thus far the organisers have been able to secure several prizes including round trip tickets to St.Kitts from Winair, a gas range donated by Casino Royale, two night stays at various resorts including Sonesta Maho, Oyster Bay Beach Resort, Belair Beach Resort, The Summit Hotel and The Towers in Mullet Bay.
Lunch and dinner vouchers have also been donated for lucky players to dine at Great Bay Resort, Plantation Grill and Bar, Canoa, Jimbo’s, Boathouse, and other restaurants. Additional prizes include a range of electronic devices, jewellery, fragrances, and household items.
“The Parent Teachers Foundation “wants to thank the business community for their support and is inviting the public to come out to the bingo, not only to win these great prizes, but also to have fun, and to support the St. Maarten Academy,” a release issued yesterday said.
