Minister calls for greater respect of children’s rights

St. Maarten – Minister of Education, Culture, Youth & Sport, Rhoda Arrindell has embraced the non-violence theme chosen for this year’s week long Rights of the Child celebration that begins today. The Department of Youth, which is planning the activities jointly with their counterparts in Marigot, has chosen the theme: Non-violence: a sure way to protect our children.
