16 members receives trauma certificates

St. Maarten – After completion of the advanced assessment and treatment of trauma course, 16 members of the Ambulance Department received their certificates from the World Wide International Emergency Medical Services (WIEMS).

The course, recognized by the American Heart Association, has some new guidelines, according to Doreen Gumbs-Vines, whose company provided the training.
